Hello All,
Well, I fell off the diet wagon head first! After being a full-time care giver to a dying relative, I have pretty much gained most of my lost weight back. I want to get moving in the right direction again. My health and my very life depends on it. I will gladly accept any and all advice to help me kick this extra weight to the curb once and for all. I'm so sick and tired of being SICK AND TIRED!!! I would love lots of new friends with tons of support. I promise to offer the same to any of you that are willing to come on board with me.
Many Thanks In Advance,
Lynn

Friend request sent. I wouldn't look at this as a diet, think of it as a healthier life, it makes things much easier when you don't have to worry about messing up if you go over one day, and realize that you just do better the rest of the week. I find it less stressful!0

Hi! I'm right there with you - I have fallen off the wagon and gotten back on more times than I care to admit. I am trying to not "diet" anymore, but just be healthy. I want to get away from the sugar addiction, stay away from processed foods, etc. They make me feel awful, but I'm so drawn to them! I have about 15 more pounds to go, I'm determined to do it with hard work and dedication, but need all the support I can get!!!! Losing weight is one of the hardest things any one can try to do. Good luck!!0

Starting over again (No matter how many times) is the first step ! And I agree a change of outlook will help diet to lifestyle. Friend request sent0
