This workout was created to get the cast of Spartacus in RIPPED TIPTOP SHAPE!!! It is fun and challenging at the same time. Just in time to be SAMOKIN hott for summer!!!:smokin: I have formed the group. if you are interested in starting this April 1st... let me know.. i will send an invite!
workout consists of 10 exercises that work every part of your body. These 10 exercises are done at 60 second intervals so you do as many reps as you canto challenge your heart and lungs as well as the muscles. Exercises are as follows
1. Goblet squat
2.mountain climbers
3.single arm dumbbell swing
4.T push up
5. split jumps
6.dumbbell row (bent over)
7.dumbbell side lunge and touch
8.renegade row
9. dumbell lunge and rotation
10. dumbbell push press
To do this workout... you can do this as a primary workout, or on the days between your regular workout. The goal is to do it 4 times a week, and to go heavier with weights by the end of the month.
Each exercise is done for a minute so you need a watch ...and then set yourslf up for the next exercise on the list. NO REST!!!! Keep moving!!! Goal is to do 3 to 6 rounds. I suggest starting with 3.
