Caramel Frappe

I am on a 1600 calorie intake. Every morning I have a Caramel Frappe from Starbucks that is 550 calories. I don't eat breakfast when I have a frappe. I feel bloated afterwards for most of the day - does the frappe have anything to do with it? I just don't understand why I feel bloated - frappes do not have salt in them.
I would appreciate any advice.
Thank you!

Might be the milk. And believe me there is some sodium in there. Few things do not have sodium in them.0

It's a lot of fat and sugar to start off the morning without including /any/ real nutritional value.
That's all I can really think of.
(Also, although it for some reason says there is no sodium, I very much doubt it.)0 -
If you're feeling bloated after the frappe, then it's the frappe.0

It contains MILK and WHIPPED CREAM, and if it's 550 calories you must be ordering the Venti, which has 80g of sugar and I believe something like 100g of caffeine. That can be highly troublesome. Lactose intolerance is pretty common as well.
And remember, it's not just about the calories. 550 calories of liquid fats and sugar isn't the same as 550 calories of steak and eggs, for example, for breakfast.
I know...I used to order Trenta Iced Pumpkin with Cream...everyday from Dunkin or Starbucks. Felt HORRIBLE for it everyday.
Switch to fruit juice or fruit flavored waters. You'll feel amazing in no time. Highly recommend Sobe lifewaters...my newest obsession. Zero calories, made with Stevia and sugar alcohols, has vitamins, and they're sweet enough to ween off the sugar rush that you get from Starbucks.0 -
I would say it has a lot to do with it
I used to have a venti white chocolate mocha every single day.
Now, I make my own version of it at home using sugar free white chocolate syrup and coconut milk. No whipped cream, still satisfies that sweet craving I have from time to time.0
