New to this fitness Pal

I.m new to this fitness pal, it seems interesting to put all i eat in this diary to see where i can make some changes, if anyone has any tips or suggestions feel free to share with me. Trying to make a lifestyle change for my health

    What are the goals you hope to achieve, either gaining or losing weight, how quickly those results come to you will be determined by your dedication to that change you are pursuing.

    Logging your food really does help. It makes you see exactly what you are eating, how many calories, etc.... It will also bring you to realize what foods/meals keep you fuller longer or where you might be having weaknesses. Be sure to log every single thing you put in your mouth.

    One thing that has helped me tremendously is cooking on the weekend for my lunches/breakfasts for the entire week. Keeps my calories in check and honestly helps the budget.

    Get a picture out there, fill in your profile, friend some people and log in every day. You'll find there is a wealth of support on here.
