Calories in Chinese food?

How many calories in a small order of steamed chicken and mixed vegetables from the health food section of a Chinese restaurant?
I've seen so many calorie figures for this!

    I'm reeeeally trying not to give you a ask a magic 8 ball reply but how could anyone know this? If I eat out somewhere that isn't in the database, I take the best pick and cross my fingers for the day. Even actual entries on fast food, etc are still estimations

    It's going to be more than you think :)

    Chinese restaurants braise their meat - in oil. Even the "healthy" stuff.

    There's a chain up here called Manchu Wok that has items in the database. I use those.
