Extras - what do I eat?

I have 442 calories, 64 carbs, 15 fat, and 1360 sodium left. I have no idea what to eat. My protein and sugar are in the negative. Can someone tell me something good I can eat??!!

    What do you want to eat? I wouldn't worry about being over on protein, I am some days and that's ok, and I think it's OK to go over on sugars when a good bit of it is natural sugars like from fruits.

    Peanut butter and banana? Some nuts? Cheese?

    You can have whatever you like. Generally it's better to fill the calories up and worry about the macro's later. If you hit the macros, great! if not, well calories is what counts up for today. Macro's is overall health in life xD

    Personally I'm craving some popcorn.....yet as we speak the ice cream man is driving down my street...hmmm

    Is that extra from a workout? If so, then I would only eat back about 1/2 of that. It'f it's extra because you just didn't eat much, then obviously something healthy. I would go with protein and veggies, no carbs.

    It is ok, not to eat 100% of your goal. Once in awhile, couple days a week, not a big deal.

    I find myself having what seems like a lot of calories left at the end of the day quite often. Sometimes I do aerobics for 30 minutes, but I don't even chart that, because then I would have even more calories! My dietician says I'm not eating enough calories, but I'm not losing weight, and I don't want to eat more carbs. Thanks for all your help! I'm not a pasta eater, but ice cream sounds good; and I do love cheese! :)

    If you find that you're chronically having this problem where you're below your calories, dietary fat is the way to go. Whatever you eat can probably benefit from a little more fat. Switch away from nonfat and skim. Add butter, oil, avocado, egg yolks, cheese, nut butters, etc. Dietary fat is good for you and your tastebuds love it too.

    Sadly, I couldn't find any ice cream in my freezer (I have no idea how that could ever really happen)! So I ate a few potato chips, and some natural peanut butter. Mmmmmm. Thanks, everyone!
