Hey everyone,

I'm a 22 yr old girl who has gained about 45 lbs since I graduated from high school. I've played soccer the majority of my life, at one point the captain of the girls varsity soccer team. I was in the best shape of my life. 150 lbs, toned and kicking *kitten*. Once I graduated, I started attending a local community college, and had little time for soccer. I could've played for the college team, but I was overwhelming myself with classes. I came to a point in my life where I just stopped everything and began to work. I left school, stopped being active and began to work at a call center. As many of you know, call centers consist of sitting on your *kitten* for 4-8 hours in front of a computer and taking calls. That's when the weight began to come on. I was at 170 when I first started working there, and since then I've gained 25 lbs. Putting me at 195 lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. It's been a bummer to see how much I've lost my fit figure. I had no motivation. I once played 2 hour soccer games without stopping to catch my breath, and now I was stopping every sprint I made. Now I'm engaged and I am getting married February 7th of next year. I fit in a size 14 dress, and feel discouraged about trying on a slim wedding dress. I've decided that I want to drop at least 40 lbs from here to then if possible. My wedding day is supposed to be a beautiful memory that will be photographed. I want to look back on my wedding pictures and see how great I looked. Aside from my health, my wedding day is my motivation. I've had no motivation lately, and I've been quick to give up. I just need people to tell me to do it, and that I am capable of dropping the weight. It'd be nice to have people like that. So please feel free to send me a request.
