The incredible shrinking stomach?

Hey guys, I've been at this for a lil over 2 months, and I am staying on point with my suggested calories or usually under. My question is, when will my stomach start to shrink? I do snack ALOT during the day, but am hoping to cut down on that some. It seems I am just so hungry between lunch and dinner. I know that before I started counting my calories, I would have days where I would eat probably double my calorie intake now, but other days I could go on 2 meals a day.
I usually have to add a 3 cup salad to my main meals, because I do not get full on such a low serving of whatever our main meals are. Make sense? I am growing sick of salads though, but how else will I get full?? I hope that someday my stomach will shrink, and I can be satisfied with having just a side salad with dinner, instead of a full 3 cups.

Are you excerising as well? I found that my stomach went down an inch but after I started to do strength training. I hope someone else has good advice for you,.0

bump. my stomach needs shrinking too
You cannot target an area to lose weight from, our body decides where the weight comes off from. I hear that eating less refines stuff and also eating dinner early to allow for complete digestion helps0 -
I think she's talking about her actual stomach, not her tummy.0

Start taking low carb protein shakes ( mixed with water not milk/juice ) protein fills you up, plus help repair muscles after training. Are you drinking loads of water? Whenever your hungry, have a glass of water first. Also; try sucking your stomach in and holding it for at least a minute, 3 times a day; its great for your stomach and even better for your lower back - beats crunches. You are best to do interval training - its hard but the results are fantastic...!!!0

Oh yea haha, I am talking about my actual stomach and not my abs I want it to hurry and shrink, therefore I will get fuller faster. I have read that protein is a filler, but then I usually go over on my protein #. Should I not worry so much about that #? Thanks for all of your replies. I do drink quite a bit of water, just not as much as I should.0

Try watching your fiber as that is also a filler and will make you feel fuller longer. Should try and hit atleast 25 grams a day.0

Hey, Ive been eating whole grain oatmeal eveyday for breakfast and I find with all the fiber it holds me over until lunch really well. Also it helps when I eat breakfast a few hours after I wake up, at like 9AM. Then its only a few more hours until lunch!0

Great suggestions! I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast...usually around 730, then have a snack @ about 10. I'll start eating it at about 9 and see how I do. Thanks again for all the suggestions.0

When I went to asia, I ate in small portion. After a meal, I was still hungry. After 3 weeks, I get used to it.
If you want your stomach to get used to it, don't eat until you feel full....not event the salad, just eat until you stop feel hungry.
Add more fiber in your food, you can take it in powder or pill form.
For protein your weight/2 = #grms of protein you can eat up to.0
