    Feel free to add me too! I eat a minimum of 1950 and I add back half of what I exercise. I'm on a weight lifting program with just a couple days of HIIT cardio and I'm seeing results- and not suffering!!! :)

    I aim for 1500 net ... sometimes I'm a little lower and sometimes higher .... so far is working out for me

    I do 1200 when I am trying to lose weight-but when I am trying to maintain I do 1500-i do lift and run

    TDEE-15% suggested I eat 1800.

    2500-3500 a day. Food is gasoline for the muscles.
