When I went to do my deadlifts, I could only pick it up twice before I got a sharp pain in my inner thigh muscle ( bikini area) so I'm not sure if I pulled a muscle or not. Before I deadlifted I did squats and noticed it was bothering me. I can't afford a personal trainer to show me the correct form nor do I have a gym membership. I am learning through watching videos. Should I continue lifting this week? I do stronglifts mon-wed-friday

Sounds like an adductor / hip flexor strain. Most likely you were squatting the weight up here (which would be more adductor/hip flexor) rather than deadlifting (which is back, hams, and glutes) and this is why this pull occurred.
Whatever the case, you can still lift just work around it. Do exercises that don't aggravate it, that is the key. If you feel pain in something, move on to another exercise (preferably core and upper body).0 -
