Me and my family made Christmas cookies last night and me and my sisters did the same pose we did as last year and WOW I can really tell Ive lost weight.. What do ya'll think?

    You look GREAT! I'm so happy for you. It makes all the difference in the world when you can look at a picture and be proud of yourself. I did the opposite this summer, I had a picture of me from 2006 and I was super skinny and that is what motivated me to start trying harder. My friend Rachel got me started on MFP and it is definitely helping. Hopefully this time next year I can be proud of myself too. Good job on staying motivated!!
