I just ate 100g of turkey spam for lunch, and MFP tells me it has no sodium and no cholesterol! How can this be?

There are many, many user-added entries that are inaccurate. Sodium is a common thing that's let out, or it's entered incorrectly because people see "1g" and enter it as "1mg". I don't know where in the world you are, but here in the UK cholesterol is not commonly listed on labels, so wouldn't be entered. Your best bet if you can't find an accurate entry is to either edit the values given, or add your own from the label.

I am in Vietnam, and there is no nutrition information on labels here.

People put stuff in the database and publish it without thinking that other people will then use it too, and they leave stuff out. It definitely has sodium! Is there only one entry for it? Have a look and see if you can find an entry with a few confirmations.
