intermate fasting/binge eating and loosing that last 10lbs

Thanks everyone. I have been obsessing for so long about eating small meals, never having main meals, never sitting down with my family to eat. Feeling positive but its still early days!0

The test is when I go out drinking on saturday. Usually the day after I binge and dont stop for days.
IF will not be the quick fix here.
To keep myself on track, even if it was brutal, I would exercise the day after drinking in college…even if it was in the evening time.
Also, when we would go out on a Saturday and come back to the apartment everyone would order Pizza. I would fix my Healthy Choice Pizza and eat that. LOL!
Haha I will keep this in mind thankyou! I am terrible when I start a binge. I will eat any thing I possibly can even when I dont like it for some reason. Eating until I feel sick which i have done once before! Then do it for days after. Then comes the guilt. Back to square one if not heavier.0 -
Have a look at my food diary (public) for the last week or whatever - I should really be eating more than I am by a chunk, but for ME, it's worked very well - consistent 2lb/week loss (or even more - either way, at this BF% that's probably too quick).Thanks everyone.
