I am posting these pics because all my friends and co-workers keep telling me how much I have lost. I have only lost about 4 pounds, but about 10 + inches. The first pic was taken on Day 2 of 30 day shred4/1/12), second one on day 12 and last one was taken this morning after about 22 days of doing the shred (5/5/12).

    Thanks! I am not finished but on my way! I start the 30 day slim down either tomorrow on Monday. Kind of excited.
