so today you use it for 3 minutes... tomorrow you use it for 3 and a half... the next day you use it for 4 minutes...
you should be aiming for a pound or 0.5kg a week...0 -

progression is key
add another 30secs to 1min after your 1st set
try to aim 5sets of 5min with 3min rest in between sets
22kg could take 3-6 months depending on your diet , exercise and your willingness to lose the weight.0 -

^this. The first time I went out for a run at university I managed 2 minutes before I got a stitch and had to quit. I can now run a 5k in just under 20 minutes and I've completed two marathons. You can do anything you set your mind to - but you have to have a little patience
stick at it and the results will come! 0 -
I don't think youre too lazy or too tired its a stamina thing, when you start anything you aren't brilliant but the key is to not give up and push yourself even 3 minutes is better than no minutes so try 3 minutes and then maybe do that 2 times a day and then tomorrow try it 3 times a day and once that's manageable you increase the minutes to 4 twice a day and then 3 times a day and aim for 10 minutes 3 times a day one you can do that that's 30 mins a day broken up and try and get it so you can do a 30 min burst and then go from there, it will take time and motivation but you deffo can do it0
