    1. Maintain what I have acheived.

    2. Lose the last 10 lbs to get to my "official" goal weight, but don't stress if it doesn't happen.

    3. Do the things that please me instead of making everyone else happy.

    1) compete in a sprint triathlon
    2) Maintain my weight loss!
  • Lose 4kgs by end of January
  • decrease my sodium intake by 100 mgs a month until I get it down to 1500-1600 mgs a day (I'll also accept 1700-1800 a day depending on how difficult this proves to be).

I started EARLY... before Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 16th). Now, 10 lbs. lighter so far, am glad I did.

Funny enough it has nothing to do about weight. My New Years Resolution is to be debt free by next year. It will be easy. No buying junk food, no eating out, no new clothes (too many to smaller sizes in my closet now), less sick days because I am too embarrassed to face other people. Spend less on gas because I am walking everywhere. Huh! I guess its a two in one. Debt free and a new me. Bring it on 2011!

    2011 Resolutions:
    1. Stop smoking & actually succeed this time!!
    2. Eat healthier when it comes to both my meals & my snacks.
    3. Lose weight & tone up my sagging body.
    4. Save money. I thought I was broke then found $5 in my wallet & felt like throwing a party. How sad is that??
    5. Do the things that please me instead of making everyone else happy.

My New Year's Resolution is never to lose weight or I will likely feel like I failed... so, it's always to gain weight. That way, I either meet my goal and feel successful, or I don't meet my goal and I feel skinny!

My New Years Resolution is to LOSE WEIGHT!!! I just had my 6th baby and I need to lose 146 pounds. That's a lot of weight but I have no choice but to lose it. So my resolution is as follows:
    1. Start eating right and tracking
    2. Start working out for at least 30 mins 5 days a week
    3. Continue working on my mental and spiritual being
    4. By this time next year I will be at least 50 pounds lighter

I feel as though I am in the right place so I am excited!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
