Has anyone tried Amazing Grass Raw Reserve Green SuperFood Powder? was it beneficial? Would you recommend it? why or why not?

    Snake oil, this time a bottle of powdered grass and sea weed. Label it superfood and charge lots of money for it. Why would you waste your money when you can buy fresh fruit and veg for a fraction of that price.

    It’s something i would mix in with my smoothies in the morning. I have a hard time eating in the morning because I have no appetite so I make smoothies. I would still eat fruit and veggies along with this powder. Getting fresh fruit and veggies in the winter is not easy and it’s costly so something like this would be beneficial for the winter.
