An Ode to Spud Luv

Nothing can stop me from eating potato,
No fire nor giant, not the forces of NATO

I'll feast on on these spuds full of wonderful flavor,
And with every bite my taste buds will savor

Give them their time, do not cook in haste,
One single tuber should not go to waste

Now one final thought and I'll take a rest
Of all of the foods, the potato is best
