Hello!

I'm Sam. I'm trying to lose weight, eat healthier, and maintain both. I've lived in Houston for almost a year now and I'm determined not to to through another Texas summer fat. I'm a nanny to two boys. I work in someone else's home so there are always "temptations" around me.

I like to walk trails, mountain bike, swim, and am always up for something new!
