small success but feeling proud! pic

I have just reached my first 20lb loss and have gone down 2 pant sizes in the process. I feel proud and excited because I always start to lose weight, lose 5lbs then fall off the wagon and gain it back and sometimes more. Recently I have been motivated and have stayed consistent and have loss 20lbs! Putting my before and after photos side by side and seeing the difference has given me even more motivation as I still have a ways to go. Just wanted to share because I'm feeling so happy :)

    Don't you DARE say it's a small success. Getting off your butt and deciding to make a difference to your life is a huge success - so celebrate it like one! (just not with food, that's never a good idea!)
