    Throw them on the grill. We wash them, slice them lengthwise into slices around 1/4" thick. Put them in a ziplock bag, add a little olive oil, and seasoning of your choice (we've used lemon herb, Mrs. Dash Garlic & herb, assorted other prepared seasonings).

    We grill until tender... way faster than baking one on the grill.

    Also, instead of mashed cauliflower you can substitute potato and make mashed potato.

    poutine!!! Thank God we don't have it in TN, I would have weighed 400lbs as a child. Truly the perfect meal after a day on the slopes
