Hi--I am New

 After a gentle scolding from my Primary Care Dr;I have decided--enough is enough--I am really going to give this a shot, so that she might see a change in three months.
I am soon-to-be 70--live in rural Maine, and this winter have been house bound due to too blooming much snow.

Would like to meet some new people and get to shoot thebreeze and get some new stratagies.
