Welcome to all of our new steppers and great to see so many march right in to April
Rebamae - I choose to count just the time I spend on my treadmill or out walking and log that. I guess I figure any extra calorie burn I might get by being a bit more active might help balance out that snack I forget to log.0 -

I do want to be a part of this, but I am going to buy a pedometer tomorrow. I am trying a couple on my phone but they are giving me way too many steps. Eg. I earned 27 steps sitting in a chair drinking tea w/ my DH !! Wouldn't that be a great way to lose weight!!0

Month goal at least 8000 steps, will increase this by 10% next month.

I want to join in on this. I'm no where near what most of you are but I'll try for at least 10,000 at least once or twice a week. I feel I'm doing really good from where I started. I get at least 5000 a day and started at about 2500 or less. I've hit a little over 10,000 twice since the first of this year. I will post my steps for yesterday and today tonight or tomorrow when I sync my Basis Watch. Good Luck everyone. Happy stepping! Drink that water!!0
