Ive a long road ahead to reach my goal, im slowly taking the steps to change my habits to better ones making this a life style change !

    nice to 'meet' you.

    i tried this mfp thingy last year but i couldnt keep up, my friends abandoned it so i had nobody pushing.

    i have started yesterday again and this time i shall do better.

    Nice people around in the forums :D very helpful.
