I still havent shred, but I am feeling a lot better, I am working on the eating and the last 2 days I have been pretty darn good So today I am hoping to get ALL of my water in, plus stay under cals.. which is going to be hard because I am going out with friends.0

Tough week. I haven't weighed yet, but I expect a slight gain or no loss. I didn't restrict myself nearly as much as I typically do because I just needed a break. I'm ready to be strong until Thursday when all the Christmas excitment starts then I'm sure I will eat too much for three days. The week after is my first week of half marathon training so I should pick up a ton of miles. If I can just stay out of the leftovers I should be moving in the negative again by the new year. Almost to my goal. Just have to stay focused until vacation is over - in two weeks. ARGH!0

tough weekend. glad it's over. i ate way too much both days. something i need to get control of. everything just tastes so good.
off to a busy week. still need one gift. will get that tomorrow when i am out and running.

Overate this weekend...no exercise...seems to be the trend these days...but I am here...being accountable...scared for weigh-in tomorrow...but we are starting a NEW challenge!! NEW start!!! YAY!!!

I didn't post this week because I haven't moved... I guess that is good since I still can't work out on my foot. Got an xray today and I have a bone spur. Go back to the doc on Wed and see what to do next. Who knows. On the plus side I am not gaining.... YEA! I usually cook at home and try to stay fairly healthy. I have the next two week off so maybe I can get some stuff done around my home and get a chance to get to the gym and do laps. Who knows.

SUCCESS! I've finally lost 2lbs..making me 0.5lbs off my goal..but i'll take it :laugh: Sorry i checked in late, been busy revising for my AS exams in januray :yawn: and of course CHRISTMAS :bigsmile: Hopefully in the new year I can get back on track to lose some more pounds, i cant wait for when I hit 30lbs0
