Hi, I'm Anna, I'm 25, and in all honesty, I've never been actually overweight. However, in the last couple of years the weight has been creeping on and I've found myself in the 'high end of normal' BMI range, and good stone over the weight I was happiest at. I know exactly why that is- I'm a junior doctor, and working some of the shifts and nights I do, I eat quick, easy and mostly unhealthy food.
I try to keep active, I ride my horse 3-4 times a week and am on my feet most of the day.
Today is day two of using MFP, and I really want to crack it this time because previously when i've tried diet/exercise regimes I haven't stuck to them. I'm quite a logical person so think seeing the numbers in front of my everyday will help with motivation.
But the more support I have, the more I'll stick to it!

Hello Anna, feel free to add me. Its a good thing you are aware of the changes in your weight and BMI in your 20's. I'm glad I've made changes now, but I wish I would have been paying attention in my 20s and 30s.0
