I'm looking to find an at home program for toning, especially my upper body. Is t25 a good workout for this or is there something better?

I'm sure there a zillion possibilities, but from personal experience I can say that that T25 is good for toning, both upper and lower body. Gamma is more about strengh (a lot more dumbbell work), so it will tone somewhat better than the Alpha / Beta portions.

I would have to agree with the above comment. Gamma has way more strength training while the Alpha and Beta phases have more cardio. Of all three phases I enjoyed gamma the most!

If you are looking for another option, I am on my last 3 weeks of P90X3 (lean schedule) and my arms have never looked better. I enjoyed this program more than T25 and I loved T25. Hope this helps!!

He does a lot of upper body. I love the pyramid in Gamma and there are tons of youtubes (some better than others) that show the moves in each DVD to give you a peek at what to expect.
