Meal options for 1200, 1500 and 1800 calorie plans

I came across this site recently when looking for some meal suggestions for a friend. You don't need to follow it by any means, but since there are lots of people on MFP who try to do 1200 calorie diets for weight loss, this can give them a good idea of ways to plan out their meals. Remember, these are just suggestions...and I am not encouraging 1200 calorie plans either...just thought this was good and useful information...enjoy!

I got it to work :)

That's a lot of recipes, and as a total kitchen novice it's quite frightening! I think I'll start small and attempt a couple a week. Thanks!

...I added the "n" at the end of the address (plan, instead of pla) and got it to come up.

It worked fine for me. I bookmarked the site and think it will be very helpful. Thank you for sharing.
  • Thank you for sharing! Just what I needed. I am just starting on a diet delivery plan because my days are jam packed between working and making sure my house is in order with my children. I figure it will take some of the stress off me having to prepare my meals and spending lots of time shopping for foods I have never heard of before. If any of you are time poor too you might want to check it out at http://myeasydiet.net . Fresh food delivered to your door all I have to do now is exercise.

Cheaper than free? I'm confused. The link the OP posted was for a meal plan/ recipes that you make yourself not a paid service...
