Stopped loosing weight

Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. For the past 8 weeks. MFP has been telling me that if I continue to eat and exercise the way I have been I should weigh around 150 lbs in 5 weeks. My Problem is that For the past 8 weeks I have been eating right and exercising everyday, and have not lost even a pound. Why is that? My goal is to be at 150. I have been stuck at 160 for 3 months cannot loose anymore weight, no matter how hard I try. What can I do to start to loose weight again.
