Because nobody is perfect and improvement should be a lifelong goal!
  • The littlest accomplishments can add up to make a big improvement over time of health on many levels. And they can help turn a lot of bad habits into a lot of good habits. And they don't have to be perfect either, just keep at it and never give up. The only failure is to totally give up.

Even if you are injured there are always some type of movements you can do with other parts of your body to keep improving your health. You can still work on eating more whole foods and less processed and fast foods.

I injured my back and right side shortly after starting this journey almost a year ago now. And I still have issues from that to this day. But I never gave up! I didn't always eat healthy, stay away from processed, fast foods, junk food and candy either. But I strive for more like 80 to 20 %, so that at least I can stick to my diet 80% of the time and 20% I can play with it, same with my exercise. I haven't been able to run, jog, lift weights or any thing really strenuous most of this last year, but I didn't give up! I just found other things I can do, like walking, yoga, mild stretching and flexing, squats, lunges and stuff like that.

I haven't lost a lot of weight like you might on a crash diet, but I have gone from 170 to 145 and I have lost inches too. I have also really improved my health, so that I have been able to get off of most of my medicines, and the ones I am still on have been cut back so much that I am almost off of them too.

I think we all know we are fully capable of weightloss, fitness, health ect.... We just need to make the decision to get the heck out of our own way, and stop making excuses for why you can't.
