Recipes Needed: Type I and Type 2 Diabetes

Hey, all! I want to bring a thank you treat to work tomorrow. I have two coworkers who are diabetic; type 1 and type 2. Do you have any awesome breakfast or dessert recipes you have actually TRIED (not just googled...I can do that. haha) that you love that is friendly to both types? TIA!:flowerforyou:

The forum itself does cater to a low-carb / ketogenic treatment approach to diabetes, so most recipes posted have a very low glycemic load and very little impact to blood-glucose levels. I've eaten dozens upon dozens of them.0 -
