I have to be able to run 5.5 miles by May 10th. I'm on Week 3 Day 2 I sure hope I can do this..
Tonight I just did Week 3 Day 1. I was scared about running 3 minutes and it was like nothing. Before I new it I was done with the run.. So I was thinking I should do another run. But I didn't I don't want to hurt myself....

Hey there, I think many of us struggle with the " I think I can do more" thinking when training with these running programs. I also struggle with this issue. You don't wanna push yourself too much too fast. Enjoy the slow burn. I just started my 10K training today and I'm excited to see the transformation on both my physique and endurance after completing the program.0
