and I'm a foodaholic... lost 15lbs last year and then suffered a setback and gained most of it back - I'm in need of some people to help motivate me... 150lbs at age 48/49 in July and not liking it much but can't seem to beat the quick foods that keep sucking me in... looking for people who are around my age to identify with... add me
