Where can I find a fitness plan?

I'm looking for a very specific fitness plan that I can use as a template to modify a plan for myself, ideally a 30 day plan. I keep finding very vague plans that say "strength training" on days but not a specific plan. Thanks!

www.hasfit.com has a few different workout plans depending on your fitness level and are 100% free. The guy was an MMA fighter previously.0

I use Nerd Fitness. They have multiple levels of exercising, and 3 different plans depending on what specifically you want to work on.0
