30 Day Shred Question - Additional Exercise?

Hi,
I've been rotating Jillian Michaels 30 shred for about a week now between the gym and the video workouts. I'd like to try and commit to doing the 30 days of her program within about 35 days (38 days till Jamaican vacation...agh!!) but since I'm used to going to the gym 3x a week, do I still need to do that to see results, or will sticking to the videos still be effective?

Has anyone JUST done the videos and seen results, or did you incorporate it with additional exercise?

    Ahh have fun on Vaca! :) and I have been doing the 30 Day shred for ten days striaght, and I try to do it twice a day. I roate between the three exercises. Ill do like 1 and 3 and then 2 and 3 and I have seen results already. Along with clean eating. It just depends on how fast you want results. I have heard success stories of only doing the program once a day with no additional exercise. Its completely up to you but i think u would see change still as long as you were eating healthy and doing just the program! Good luck and have fun!!!

    Hey!

    I did the 30DS last year to prepare for a wedding. I was in college at the time so I walked a good hour every day going from class to class. That was the only other activity I did during my time working with the video. I lost about 15 lbs during the 30 days. I was eating clean and keeping my calorie intake around 1300 calories. It worked well for me. Either way you choose to do the program, I'm sure you'll see great results.
