cardio options

I work at a home based preschool and during my breaktime (naptime) I have been using the stationary bike for about 4 weeks now, started with 20 minutes and now up to 45.The bike as much as I loathe it, it is the only piece of equipement available at the moment. I do go to the Curves workout 2-3x a week after work as well. I know my legs have slimmed down, several people have told me so. I would like to know will my belly, arms, neck and face will follow soon? should I change my cardio for something that may favor the upper portion of my body? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We can't choose where lose fat, so there's no point in doing upper body cardio. Basically just keep losing body fat and eventually you'll lean out everywhere. If you don't like cycling, maybe try workout videos (Youtube, etc).0

Yeah, that's is what I have heard too. I was having a bout of wishful thinking to reduce my problem areas first. I will most likely continue with the bike. I find with exercise videos I am not as motivated and I tend to turn them off not long after starting.0
