Hey, I’m all about the truth and spinach has some surprising downsides. Yes, too much of a good thing can be bad for you — including spinach. Did you know that to avoid problems — and extract the most nutritional value from this famously nutritious veggie — you need to ingest olive oil? It’s no coincidence that Olive Oyl was Popeye’s gal pal… it’s scientific fact! Most of the vitamins in spinach need “good fat” to fully assimilate into our bodies. Spinach also contains a natural substance called purine. Too much purine can lead to gout and kidney stones. It is also widely known that too much spinach can cause deformities in the forearms and calves and has been linked to baldness.

Coconut oil will slim my waste
So I should eat unsweetened chocolate mixed with coconut oil while drinking Wine, this will keep me hearth healthy and slim.0 -

What? Purines are part of genetic makeup and are broken down to uric acid as part of our cell recycling. Many foods contain purines, with purines being more concentrated in things like sardines, anchovies and liver. Spinach has much lower levels of purines than these foods.
Purines are needed in our diet and uric acid for example has benefits such as maintaining our blood vessels.
Some people are prescribed low purine diets for medical reasons due to underlying medical conditions. Lets keep things in perspective.0 -
I got some spinach to use up and thinking I will need to do that tonight instead of the asparagus originally planned. Must get it out of the house somehow0

It also has oxalates, or oxalic acid, but it's not a big deal if you eat a well balanced diet. It also helps to eat spinach in as fresh of a state as possible, as oxidation can cause oxalic acid to increase.
And you don't need to use olive oil to get the fat necessary for proper absorption of micros, you can add some crushed nuts to your salad. Or coconut, or olives, or avocado.0 -

In any event, I wants me some Popeye forearms. Or more properly, Rosie the Riveter forearms. Seriously, if I had forearms like that, pretty soon I wouldn't have forearms like that, because I'd spend all my time admiring my own forearms and not getting any hard work done to achieve said forearms!
Love,
