Low protein diet ideas

Any ideas for a low sodium, low protein, low sugar, low vitamin K and low phosphorus diet? I'm basically eating applesauce and chicken now. At this rate, I'll be losing a lot of weight.

Eating low protein is, I'm sorry, the most poorly thought out thing I've ever heard.
No. Just no. Your body NEEDS protein.
Also chicken has quite a bit of protein protein and applesauce has a boatload of sugar.

LOW protein? Why would you do that?

And chicken is not low in protein. It's a good source of protein, in fact.

Here is why the OP has such a strict regimen.....

To the OP, I'm surprised your doctors didn't set up a consultation with a registered dietician, I can't offer any advice but wish you well.

Ah, I wish she had mentioned it on this post.
I'm not going to touch this then.
OP, you should really talk with a doctor/nutritionist about this.

I was hoping to connect with a fellow CKD patient who might have their diary available for me to view. I will meet with the transplant team next week, and will see at dietician then. So far, the limited list of foods included lean protein (chicken), but very little of it. The veggies they are suggeting are not my favorite either. So, I was just hoping that somebody on here was on a renal (kidney failure) diet, or dialysis diet.
