    Good Afternoon FROM SUNNY CALIFORNIA:)
    Ok I am back and staying on track. It seems to me when I put MyFITNESSPal on my Favorite Bar on my computer, I tend to stick to logging everything. Visuals I guess:) My motivation is that Im doing a reality show and want to set an example of being in shape eating Healthy and still able to play hard! I eat like a man for some reason. Anywho, I welcome anyone who has tips on Toning and foods that are loaded with nutriants!! WHOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!:bigsmile:

    Hi Everyone!
    So my sister's wedding is coming up this summer and I'm the Maid of Honor :) Unfortunately, time is running out on this weight loss mission and I'm still a chunky monkey! So I could use all the help possible, If anyone has tips on nutrition or exercise to share I would really appreciate it. It's a shame that spring still hasn't arrived here in Toronto but I can't wait for the sun to start shedding the pounds. ....
