I have seen the commercials promoting weight loss, and thought, yeah sure... Well, I had a hectic day today, was running late, so I didn't have time, nor did I feel like cooking. I pulled out a can of Progresso Traditional minestrone. I did throw in a slice of American cheese, some crushed red pepper, garlic powder and a few extra chick peas. I ate the whole can, which is 2servings, it was really pretty good! What a nice surprise when I logged my dinner, I came in under 300 calories! (The whole can of soup is only 200 calories!)

Most of the Progresso soup flavors taste awesome to me. The light options are all approximately 200 calories or less for the whole can. They're great for when I have had or plan to have a big meal at another time of day.

That is a bit of a surprise. What was the salt content?

I eat these a lot for lunch in the winter. If you buy the "healthy" versions the sodium isn't nearly as bad.
