Question about extra grams on food labels

Hi guy,

Hopefully a quick question, I was entering a new food into the database today,

350g serving
24g protein
32g fat
59g carbs

So the main big numbers, protein, fat and carbs, add up to 115... Nowhere near 350g. Where do the other 235g go?
