chicken and crescent rolls

anyone have a good recipe using chicken breasts and crescent rolls that doesnt not have cream of chicken,celery or mushroom soup in it? I make that recipe all the time and am looking for something different!

    You spread marinara or bbq sauce on the crescent roll, place the chicken on and sprinkle with cheese, then close up the pocket.

    We make chicken squares, which are delicious but probably not the healthiest things. My mother-in-law used to make these for my husband when he was growing up and he is almost fanatical about them.

    Chicken Squares
    1.5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken
    3 Tbsp Butter
    3 oz Cream Cheese
    2 TBS milk
    1/4 TSP salt
    1/8 TSP pepper
    1 can Crescent Rolls

    Boil the chicken until done. S&P to taste
    Melt butter and cream cheese together
    Add milk, salt, and pepper
    Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces
    Add chicken to mixture
    Make crescent rolls into rectangles by putting two triangles together
    Spoon chicken mixture onto each rectangle and the fold it up
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes

    You could use pesto instead.
