I'm such a noob.

1. where do you start with toning up?
2. do I start now or in 20lbs time (first goal weight)?
3. if I do start now, is it gonna be a waste of time if I carry on losing weight?

    Start now, pick up weights and just do it. Building muscle will aid in weight loss.

    Weight loss is never 100% fat loss. You are losing a combination of fat, water, and muscle. If you start doing strength or resistance training now, you'll keep more of your muscle mass and you'll look more toned when you reach your goal weight.
