Back in it!

Hey guys!

After a long hiatus, I'm back and I'm ready to get back in shape.
100 lb weight loss is a long journey, but I know I can do it!

    1 day at a time, 1 pound at a time. If you're determined you can do it. Food is FUEL. Fuel your body. We don't 'need' the junk, we just think we do.

    Welcome back to MFP and all the best in reaching your goals! If you set your goals (log, short and mid), are motivated and ready to work at it, you WILL succeed! Friends here can be a great inspiration but motivation is up to you, keep your mind focused on those goals and refer to them often. 100lbs is a bit of a long journey as you have mentioned so keep your goals fresh, improve on what you have done the week before (make subtle but consistent changes to your eating and exercise habits) and don't allow yourself to give up!
