Before and After Pics from Men Needed

Hi everyone! I think my husband needs some motivation, and I know that I get really motivated when I see before and after pictures. It makes me feel like the task of losing weight is feasible.

If you're a man who has lost a significant amount of weight, can you please post your before and after photo, along with the starting and ending weight, how long it took you to lose it, and what you did to lose it?

My husband is 5'9", starting weight 265, goal weight 165.

    There are definitely a few posts in this section showing a crazy amount of male weight loss!! Browse around and you will find them. Cant remember member names right now but they will be on the first couple of pages. If they don't inspire and motivate I don't know what will!! Good luck to your husband... im 18 lbs down and I feel incredible!!!
