what is the best C25K app for iphone?

I want to start the couch to 5 K program next week and would love to hear from you guys what the best app is. I want to be able to listen to music and besides a count down, I would love if it tracked distance traveled too. cheap to free would be AWESOME as well

I'm currently using the ease into 5k app. It's a green background, with a white figure on the front and a 5K. I've just completed wk6 d1 today, it's a brill app, shows you how far you've ran, at what pace, how many calories burned etc. and you can listen to music you set yourself.

I used the C25K from ClearSky Apps, but it doesn't track distance. I also have the MapMyRun which does track it and can run in the background. Both are free (lite for MapMyRun) but work well. Since I like to do interval running a lot I also have an Interval Timer app where you can set your own from Deltaworks Apps, again comes free in lite version.

I didn't use any of the apps but downloaded free podcasts (audio cues built in) plus learned to make my own (very time-consuming). My favorite site for free podcasts is by a chick named Suz who lost a lot of weight a few years ago. I kid you not, her website for podcasts is: http://www.kissmyblackass.org/podcasts/

Yes, that really is the site. She jokes about her chosen site name, too, but I promise it is safe!

Also, as far as time/distance/etc, which I love when I don't feel like wearing my HRM, is RunKeeper. I also have the paid version of Runtastic, but I still prefer the free version of RunKeeper. They're pretty similar, though, and can be synced with MFP so that when you complete your workout it is automatically added to your diary.

There are other running apps out there (non-C25K apps, I mean) that are supposedly good.

I use the one by zen labs. I can play my own playlists which I like. Unfortunately it doesn't track distance, but I use it with map my run to find out distance and pace.

I also used c25kFREE by Zen Labs. Worked great, lets you use your own playlist if you want. Easy to use and follow, voice commands and signals to start, walk, run, cool down, etc - all nice and clear.

Thank you so much guys! I think I will be going with the zen labs one! Starting tomorrow if the rain holds out. If not then it will be a stationary bike kind of day and start Tuesday! :)
