How many calories in a cup of coffee please there's so many to choose from

Ingredients
One tea spoon of coffee hot water and semi skimmed
Roughly how many calories to be more accurate

Also if I add a tea spoon of sugar what would it be then

Reason I ask is I like coffee just wondering if I could be under estimating thanks

Last time I checked coffee has 0 calories black. Some people say it's 2 per 8oz, however I hear more towards the 0 side.
0 makes more sense anyways! You're only extracting flavour from the bean.
Just add the amount of calories you add with milk/sugar.

You are extracting oil from the beans. The oils should have calories but 2 calories is not very much at all. All the calories are in the creamer and sugar which is easily figured out.
  • Zero, unless you add creamer.

Just book your additives (milk, cream, sugar etc.) unless you're tracking potassium, because it has that too!

Approx. 1.5 to 2.8 calories per 8 oz cup from the oil in the beans. But the energy and fat-burning effects you get from it make it well worth those negligibly few calories.

Use coffee sparingly (like maybe3 to 4 days a week) and the effects are even better since your body won't get used to it.

I love coffee in yhe mornings. I usually add one creamer packet which is 30 calories and use stevia/truvia sugar which is 0 calories. My total coffee calorie count when I fill my mug from home is about 30 calories even when I add more sugar :) Hope this helps
