Hello from Arizona

Hello, everyone!

I just recently discovered myfitnesspal and am finding all the logging features helpful in keeping myself motivated.

I'm an IT guy who is stuck in an office at a keyboard most of the day, so making time for exercise is key. :)

Another hello from Arizona! Just joined MFP and learning to track everything. Connected my FitBit One and Aria scale.

I'm also IT (ultimate desk sitters!) and have about 65 lbs to lose. I'm hoping for at least 30 lbs down by end of Sept when my son comes to visit from NY. this

I'm lucky that we have a gym at work and I have a colleague who walks with me on the treadmills twice a day - 15 mins in the AM and about 30 mins in the PM (excellent work breaks). I have a hard time walking due to medical issues but my workout buddy keeps me motivated.

    I probably won't post much - I'm more a reader - but I wanted to say hello!

(I really need to find a picture of myself and use it as my avatar).

    Tucson here :drinker:
Also stuck at a keyboard, but work from home (downside is the kitchen/pantry call to me all day long)

My exercise has been walking, after work at a park trail, or in the neighborhood after sitting and not moving all day long.
Since being here I've gotten a treadmill (for those its too hot to go out days) and a semi recumbent bike.

I'm in MI, where the snow wants to never end this year (yes, seeing flakes now, its April, Stop It Mother Nature!) But I am also in IT and sitting on my booty in a dungeon all day.

I work out in the AM to home DVDs, Love the 30 minute workouts, even though I'm a Natural night owl (hmmm its 12:30 am... yup thats me)

Great job on the loss so far!
Hope MFP can help you get the rest of the way!
