Hello,
I tend to eat similar things almost every day in order to remain under my calorie limits. I was wondering if there were any people on here with diaries open to the public could send me an FR so I can come up with more varieties of food. Thanks!

Depends on the diet you're on. If you're a low cal dieter, my diary won't do anything for you. If you're a LCHF/Keto/Atkins then send me a FR.0

Mine's open. Plus, if anyone has an open diary, they don't have to FR you for you to see it, its open to everyone:)0

Mine is fully public so don't have to friend me to see it. That said its also totally boring so not sure you are going to get any ideas from it.0

Mine is open to public, 16 days new to MFP, I'll send you a F/R. You can almost tell when I went to the store because the variety of proteins and veggies and healthy treats. (along with a few miscues)0

I think the most important thing is finding things you enjoy and incorporating it. Makes this enjoyable and less like work0 -
