I'm new and I'm not sure what my activly level should be!

I'm in need of some help, I'm constantly doubting which level of activity I should check myself off as! It's always between active and very active. Here's why.

At my job I am required to stand all day, we never get breaks (just to busy, it doesn't bother me I'd rather just continue to work). I run around, lift really large pots, boxes of things, pulling, chopping, pounding, washing dishes, you name it! I do it! Not to mention my work environment is extremely hot. As you guessed I cook.

At home I exercise, started T25 plus I normally do yoga on a daily basis. I try to walk to my destinations as much as possible, plus house work, etc. In the summer I surf..right now I don't.
However I also do things like write, and read and pretty much just sit on my *kitten* relaxing. Which one do I put?! Active?
